 NodeManager - Changes from v1.0 to v2.0

   - Many keys have changed.

       | Kickoff messages moved from 'ALT-K' to 'K'
       | Quick kickoff moved from 'ALT-Q' to 'Q'
       | Alt-Key listing moved from 'K' to 'Alt-K'
       | Escape to exit is now configurable, ALT-Q will always work

   - Moved all configuration sections from NodeManager to the setup program.
   - When displaying the caller listing, the list now starts at the bottom.
   - 'E' will now bring up a box, which allows you to toggle which events
     you would like to execute.
   - ALT-I/ALT-O will scan the INBOUND/OUTBOUND.HIS files, and displays the
     last 100 calls.
   - Added 43/50 line mode support.  Command line parameter /NOVGA will
     force NodeManager to run in 25 line mode.
   - Added password protection to spooled commands.  Please read NODEMAN.DOC
     for specifics
   - Added alert semaphores, so you can determine if a node has hung or not
     Has various methods of letting you know that a node has hung.  Will
     inform you that the Server is hung, if cannot find the users on file
   - Can now define a netmail editor.  Alt-E will load the editor.
   - Can now select from a list the key you wish to use to connect to a
     remote workstation.
   - 'D' will now bring up list of the hung nodes.
   - 'N' will bring up details on the next scheduled event.
   - Now shows when a user is logging on
   - Menu (Alt-M/Alt-F) will now show parameters on the Alt-keys.
   - Time is shown on scrolling list of time based events.  Can now sort
     list on either description or time.
   - Time based events can now be forced.
   - Menus, graphs, and boxes will drop back to the main screen after 2
     minutes of inactivity.
   - Improved the logging of events.
   - Fixed bug where "Waiting" would not appear when the user logs off.
   - Fixed problem when you could send quickkicks to mailers and semaphores.
   - Fixed the setup program, so colour configurations now have a background.
   - Fixed bug where the help text was changing color with the data color.
