#title(Import area descriptions)

This function expects a text file with on each line the name
of an area followed by a description text of that area, with
one or more spaces or tabs in between.

For example:

ASTRONOMY National Observational Astronomy Echo

Perfect examples of these type of files are the FIDONET.NA and
BACKBONE.NA files, although other formats can easily be adopted
to conform to this format.

Line starting with a none alphabetic or numeric character are
ignored so those can be used for comment sections.
