Higgins 2.3 includes an enhanced user-interface and a scheduling
system that works over wide area networks.

The new version lets you sort incoming mail by sender, priority,
and subject. You can also note messages that need follow-up on a
to do list.

As with previous versions, messages are encrypted in the mailbox
and during transport. Two-level password protection also insures
security, Higgins says.

The new Wide Area Group Scheduling function supports scheduling
across multiple file servers, Higgins claims. With this function,
scheduling a meeting involves an organizer reviewing attendees'
public (not private) calendars and special E-Mail messages for
proposing times to attendees, who can reply with their
preferences.

Price: 8-user, $695.
