The generically named 80386SX from Acma Computers is priced at
$995. It comes with the 16-MHz CPU, 1 megabyte of RAM (expandable
to 8), an AMI BIOS, a 1.2-megabyte 5.25-inch or 1.44-megabyte
3.5-inch floppy-disk drive, a floppy- and hard-disk drive
controller, and five 16-bit and two 8-bit expansion slots.

The chassis is either a small-footprint or a standard AT-size,
measuring 6.5 by 21 by 16.5 and 6.5 by 17 by 16.5 inches. The
small-footprint will hold three half-height 5.25-inch and one
3.5-inch floppy-disk drives. The standard size-system includes
room for five half-height 5.25-inch drives.

A VGA Executive Package includes color VGA graphics necessities,
a printer, and printer accessories. Inside the computer, Acma
will include a 40-megabyte 28-millisecond hard-disk drive and a
16-bit color VGA card. The Package also includes peripherals like
a color VGA monitor and a Panasonic 1191 printer.

But what would a printer be without printer cable, a printer
stand, a surge protector, ten diskettes, and computer paper?
Nowhere, Acma says. That's why these components are also included
in the Executive Package.

Price: $995; VGA Executive Package, $2245.
